I highly recommend All Above Board. We requested a quote based on a flyer we saw that had a package deal for loft boarding, pendant light and loft ladder. We received a quote the next day and then booked in for the work to be done a few weeks later. Great value, great service. Lovely, friendly staff and very swift responses to contact. I recently had my loft boarded with new hatch and ladder. They came out to measure, and talked me through everything. They had really reasonable availability and sent me an itemised invoice which they were happy to amend when I changed my mind about a couple of things. They arrived exactly when they had said they would and even kept in touch before arriving to say the traffic was bad and they could be late. They got right to it and were happy to chat to me while I stood with them but also reassured me that I could go about my day if I wanted to. They explained exactly how the process would go and how they work. They asked me about each choice and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Afterwards I had a couple questions and struggled to work the ladder and Rob called me and walked me through the steps and even sent me a video. The quality of the work is faultless. We’re really pleased with the loft boarding in our new build. The team communicated clearly throughout, managed to fit us in earlier than expected, and were friendly and professional. The work was completed efficiently and with great care, respecting our property at all times. They also took the time to show us how to use the loft ladder properly, which was much appreciated. Had my loft boarded last week and feel compelled to share my experience. This company were superb from the initial home visit to the completion of the install. The price quoted was the most competitive and fully explained in a cost breakdown so it was fully understood. Apart from the cost of the job, what really stood out for me were the people, honest, hard working, professional I could go on but from the initial home visit I got a really good feeling about the company. You wouldn’t know they had been after the loft was boarded they left the house immaculate. We moved into a Redrow new build only 4 weeks ago and if you are looking for someone to board your loft then look no further. Great job, fantastic people
